JMAC Advisory Board
The JMAC Advisory Board was first established in June of 2012. This year, Arthur Guzman will be our new Chair Person for the 2013 - 2014 academic school year. Arthur is the Owner/General Manager of ACI Pro-Audio LLC. Arthur has been an important business partner to JMAC; he has participated in our JMAC Job Fair/Mock Interviews, assisted in writing this year's Perkins Mini-Grant, attended EBA events, works and teachers our JMAC students, and puts our students to work once they graduate Jordan High School. Arthur Guzman was also part of our Linked Learning Review Team Visit in December of 2012 and thanks to his assistance and dedication, JMAC was Linked Learning Certified in June of 2013! Also returning to our JMAC Advisory Board is Lareina Joelle, Director/Editor at Film Industry and Angelo Barrera web designer and former graduate of Jordan High School. Both Lareina, Content Producer, and Angelo, Senior Graphic Designer, are currently employed for the City of Long Beach, Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine. We are looking forward to screening the short film shot last fall, Buried Secrets.
