During one of the Jordan home football games, JMAC teacher, Ms. Irish introduced herself to Jeff Gritchen, photographer for the Long Beach Press Telegram. After comparing cameras,lenses, and discussing photography, Ms. Irish invited Mr. Gritchen to speak to JMAC students at Jordan High School. He was a great speaker and he brought along a slide show that he operated on his Mac laptop using an iPhone app. The kids were really motivated during his presentation and stayed after to look at his cameras and ask him questions. Students wrote "thank you" letters  to Jeff and many more students started coming after school to be trained on our new Nikon cameras.
