Homecoming 2013

The theme for the 2013 SLC Homecoming Parade was Super Heroes and the Battle against Cancer. JMAC students decided on Batman and got to work! All JMAC Senior Core Teachers, Gomes, Del Cid, Hedley, Barclift, and Irish, worked with students to create music, props, costumes, make-up, scenery, lighting, and a live Batman Production to WOW the audience. More than 50 JMAC students, 9th grade to 12th grade, dressed up as Super Heroes, Villains, Biff Girls, Jordan Spirit crew and even Cancer Creeps dressed in Hot Pink. The JMAC car had giant size batwings & cape, a Batman Face, and a Batman balloon was riding on top. The Caped Crusaders took on the Villains, fought the Cancer Creeps, and ended up winning 1st Place again this year! Prize... $200! GO JMAC!
