CREWS

JMAC students are given many opportunities to participate in Work Based Learning projects at school. The Video and Stage Crews work closely together during all phases of preproduction, production, and postproduction. Students are responsible for setting up, striking, operating equipment, communicating through headsets, and troubleshooting any equipment issues or other problems. Our students are NOT pretending to go to work... They are actually working and taking on the following work roles: Stage Manager, Lighting Operator, Sound Technician, Grip, Follow Spot Operator, Fly Man, Video Director, Camera Operator, and Technical Operator/Switcher.
