UC Irvine

In 2013 JMAC students had two opportunities to spend quality time at UC Irvine. JMAC teachers are working really hard to find universities that connect with the JMAC program and student outcomes. In February, Ms. Irish and 3 JMAC students attended a Saturday Digital Film Workshop and in May, our 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students, demonstrating academic excellence, were selected to attend a field trip to UCI. Students visited a variety of studios, classrooms, and were able to explore the campus to get a sense of what college life is like at UCI. We also want to thank Rachel Veloz, a JMAC parent, who chaperoned on this field trip. GO JMAC!
