In order to participate in Jordan Athletics, a student must complete the online clearance process.

Students must have a physical examination by a medical doctor.

The completed physical examination form must be uploaded when completing the online clearance process and submitted to the Athletic Secretary, Kim Langer through email to jordanathleticlearance@gmail.com or in the Sports Paperwork basket at the front entrance.

In order to participate in athletics, all student-athletes must have valid medical insurance coverage. If you do not have current medical insurance, you may purchase a plan through Myers-Stevens Insurance. please see Kim Langer, the Athletic Secretary in the main office to complete the process.

Donations can be sent to the Student Body Banker, and are tax deductible. Your donations will be used to provide support to J-Town athletes now and for future generations to come.
