Janice Johnson-Lichfield

I have been teaching Spanish off and on since 1973! I learned my Spanish in high school, Cal State Long Beach and from my husband of 18 years, also a Spanish teacher. I have done many other things as well, including Insurance sales, textbook sales, raising four children and caretaker for my late husband. 

I have eleven grandchildren in three states, however, none in California! To that end, I invite all my students to become part of my family, as my local grandchildren, and to call me Abuelita. 

I am also a choral director, opera singer and Reiki Master, helping close friends and family with energy medicine and other holistic modalities.

I have traveled throughout Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Puerto Rico and Peru. Come with me and have fun learning Spanish!
